Reservation and Payment Policies:
Reservations can be made by telephone, fax, or email. A reservation deposit of 50% of the requested booking time is due within 7 days of your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $400. There is a cleaning fee of $75 which covers the cleaning after you check out. Maid service is not provided during your stay. However, this service can be arranged for an additional fee. Rates are based on a maximum of 4 people. All listed rates do not include Hawaii State Taxes of 11.95%.

Deposits:
A reservation deposit of 50% of the requested booking is due within 7 days to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

Refunds:
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 90 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30 - 89 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of monies received unless we can re-book the property. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance unless we can re-book the property.
