Waterfront Oasis
This elegant Hawaiian waterfront home has a spacious, 2,500-square-foot interior, with an additional 2,000-square-foot courtyard area by the pool, and a private 40-foot boat dock. The great room includes an open-plan gourmet kitchen, separate dining area and living room with a state-of-the-art entertainment center. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom in the main house has a California king bed, floor to ceiling windows to emphasize the gorgeous ocean view, separate entrance, walk in closet, television with VCR, oversized shower, double sinks, luxurious cotton robes, upscale bedding, and a romantic Jacuzzi tub built for 2 people. The second bedroom has a queen bed, separate entrance, television with VCR, and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, separate entrance and a television with a Sony Play Station 2. All bedrooms have air conditioning. We also offer a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress at no additional charge for a maximum sleeping capacity of eight people. Sorry, but smoking is ONLY permitted outside at our Waterfront Oasis home.
Additional Guest Suite:
There is also a one-bedroom guest suite located on the premises which is available for an additional fee. It has a California king-size bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, separate entrance, and an over-sized shower enclosure with double shower heads. It is fully air conditioned. The guest suite is a miniature version of the main house with the same granite counters in the kitchen, custom cabinets, and beautiful Italian travertine stone in the shower, bathroom counter, and on the floors.
Our Waterfront Oasis rental home is located in Hawaii Kai which is a scenic 25-minute drive from Honolulu International Airport, and only 10 to 15 minutes away from famous Waikiki Beach. The closest sandy beach is Portlock Beach, a two-minute walk away. It is a five-minute drive to Hanauma Bay which has been rated as one of the world’s best snorkeling places. Sea Life Park (similar to San Diego’s Sea World) is only 10 minutes away, and we are close to several outstanding golf courses.
Koko Marina shopping center is just down the street, and they have an activity rental center where you can arrange scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, rafting, fishing, para-sailing, and many other active adventures. We are within one mile of three outdoor shopping centers which have Costco, Blockbuster movie rentals, two grocery stores, Longs Drug Store, an internet café, movie theaters, a 24-Hour Fitness Center, Starbucks, and restaurants to suit every budget. And three days a week, you can shop the local Farmer’s Market for the freshest island vegetables and flowers.
